1/1/2020 11:00PM ET - We are aware of an issue with the bulk import and export results list where customers will receive an error message upon initiating a bulk import or export. Please be aware that the imports and exports ARE running, however the results will not show up in your dashboard. You WILL receive an email to your primary account email address with a link to the results file once it is complete. We have determined the cause of the error but will not be able to push the fix until approximately 12:00GMT Jan 3rd.
We're aware of the issues with regards to order imports and bulk jobs and a few other lingering problems. We have identified the issue and are rewriting components of code to address it. We can't give a definitive timeframe as there are several blocks of code that need to be adjusted and they are actively working on them.
