Update: The platform encountered a rare issue that created degradation of our bulk cluster. While the issue was identified, some users had an increasing number of bulk jobs and may have experienced slow performance of the user interface. For impacted users, we have cleared stale bulk jobs and have either restarted them or communicated this to the customer.
We have identified an issue which is causing bulk processing to experience degraded performance. Engineering has identified the issue and will be issuing a fix shortly.
