1/1/2020 11:00PM ET - We are aware of an issue with the bulk import and export results list where customers will receive an error message upon initiating a bulk import or export. Please be aware that the imports and exports ARE running, however the results will not show up in your dashboard. You WILL receive an email to your primary account email address with a link to the results file once it is complete. We have determined the cause of the error but will not be able to push the fix until approximately 12:00GMT Jan 3rd.

We've had a few reports of messages stating that eBay tokens are expired when they are not actually expired. This appears to be an intermittent issue on eBay's systems and not an issue with SureDone. If this happens to you, please try to list your item again. If it continues to fail, and you have verified your token is not expired, please open a ticket with our support team so we can let eBay know. Thank you.
