9/16/2020 2:00PM ET - We are aware of an issue preventing certain users from logging into SureDone. They may receive an error message "User Pool Client xxx Does Not Exist". This is being actively worked on.

Upgrade Residual Issue
We're having a residual issue we're still chasing down. If you log into your account and do not see your products or orders, but instead see SureDone products, go to Settings > General, toggle the "Flush Cache" switch to on and save your settings. You may need to refresh your product or order page. This issue should be resolved soon.
