1/1/2020 11:00PM ET - We are aware of an issue with the bulk import and export results list where customers will receive an error message upon initiating a bulk import or export. Please be aware that the imports and exports ARE running, however the results will not show up in your dashboard. You WILL receive an email to your primary account email address with a link to the results file once it is complete. We have determined the cause of the error but will not be able to push the fix until approximately 12:00GMT Jan 3rd.

Upgrade Residual Issue
We're having a residual issue we're still chasing down. If you log into your account and do not see your products or orders, but instead see SureDone products, go to Settings > General, toggle the "Flush Cache" switch to on and save your settings. You may need to refresh your product or order page. This issue should be resolved soon.
