1/1/2020 11:00PM ET - We are aware of an issue with the bulk import and export results list where customers will receive an error message upon initiating a bulk import or export. Please be aware that the imports and exports ARE running, however the results will not show up in your dashboard. You WILL receive an email to your primary account email address with a link to the results file once it is complete. We have determined the cause of the error but will not be able to push the fix until approximately 12:00GMT Jan 3rd.
Orders are now flowing into SureDone and it looks as if most issues are resolved. There are a few residual issues with automations and some customers may need to re-initiate imports or exports. Please let us know if you see any additional abnormal behavior by opening a ticket at email@example.com.
