9/16/2020 2:00PM ET - We are aware of an issue preventing certain users from logging into SureDone. They may receive an error message "User Pool Client xxx Does Not Exist". This is being actively worked on.
An issue was identified with our Amazon AWS database at approximately 11:15am eastern on Friday. A ticket was immediately opened with Amazon. Follow-ups have been performed each hour. It is affecting both listing and orders and is identifiable if you receive a message including the phrase "missing parameters”.
