1/1/2020 11:00PM ET - We are aware of an issue with the bulk import and export results list where customers will receive an error message upon initiating a bulk import or export. Please be aware that the imports and exports ARE running, however the results will not show up in your dashboard. You WILL receive an email to your primary account email address with a link to the results file once it is complete. We have determined the cause of the error but will not be able to push the fix until approximately 12:00GMT Jan 3rd.

SureDone Primary ApplicationAWS Update
After significant investigation by Amazon and the Suredone team, it was found that SureDone hit up against an unpublished database limit of 64TB. We worked together to successfully reduce the database size. At this point, SureDone is operational. However, it will take a number of hours for item and order information to update.
