9/16/2020 2:00PM ET - We are aware of an issue preventing certain users from logging into SureDone. They may receive an error message "User Pool Client xxx Does Not Exist". This is being actively worked on.

Our primary database experienced an issue and our system failed over to our backup database. This caused a momentary unavailability of the SureDone application.
