9/16/2020 2:00PM ET - We are aware of an issue preventing certain users from logging into SureDone. They may receive an error message "User Pool Client xxx Does Not Exist". This is being actively worked on.

Slowdown in bulk processing
We've identified a slowdown in processing bulk files. We are working on a fix.
UPDATE (3:30pm ET): Fix is out and we expect bulk to clear backlog within a few hours.
