9/16/2020 2:00PM ET - We are aware of an issue preventing certain users from logging into SureDone. They may receive an error message "User Pool Client xxx Does Not Exist". This is being actively worked on.

We are working with our database vendor to resolve a performance issue and will need to restart our main database at 4am Eastern. We expect our entire system to be unavailable for up to 20 minutes during this period.
