1/1/2020 11:00PM ET - We are aware of an issue with the bulk import and export results list where customers will receive an error message upon initiating a bulk import or export. Please be aware that the imports and exports ARE running, however the results will not show up in your dashboard. You WILL receive an email to your primary account email address with a link to the results file once it is complete. We have determined the cause of the error but will not be able to push the fix until approximately 12:00GMT Jan 3rd.

Automation delays from 8:45 am ET - 1:40 pm ET
At 8:45 am ET, we soft-launched a new software update (support for managing orders through our bulk system). This update included a bug that caused some automations to fail. We were alerted to this fact by internal reporting and pushed a fix, which allowed all failed automations to succeed. The net effect is that some automations were delayed. You can see more timing details in the History and Bulk Results section of the UI.
