1/1/2020 11:00PM ET - We are aware of an issue with the bulk import and export results list where customers will receive an error message upon initiating a bulk import or export. Please be aware that the imports and exports ARE running, however the results will not show up in your dashboard. You WILL receive an email to your primary account email address with a link to the results file once it is complete. We have determined the cause of the error but will not be able to push the fix until approximately 12:00GMT Jan 3rd.

Amazon Web Services Transition - Phase Two, scheduled 3 years ago
Phase Two of our transition from our current hosting provider to Amazon Web Services (AWS) will be performed during this time. We expect it to take no longer than 10 minutes during which time SureDone will be completely unavailable. While storefronts will not be available during this time, background functions of SureDone such as bulk processing, automations, orders, and third party connections such as ShipStation should see no impact.
